Mixed culture fermentation that spent 15 months in an American oak foeder while conditioning on raspberries. Complex and tart, this Framboise-inspired ale has the immense aroma of fresh picked raspberries and flavors of juicy, ripe fruit, balanced with a soft tartness.

Pours like raspberry lemonade with a white ring. Seedy raspberry jam nose with light oak. Wicked tart raspberry jam with oak and light hearted funk for the taste. Not the most balanced wild ale, but packs a flavor punch! Feel is tart, light, mildly funky with a bright finish. Want a little more nuance here, or if staying simpler more drinkability with the intense tartness being more balanced.
