Sampled next to Fou'Foune just for fun. This seemed to have more fruit saturation. Juicy apricot flavors with an undercurrent of dill from the fresh oak of the foeder. Opaque orange with a few bubbles and thin later of foam. Fruity apricot and dill aroma. Acidity is moderate, dry oaky aftertaste, well carbed and refreshing.
