Brewed with the finest American and English roasted malt and enhanced with Maple-wood smoked (we had to!) malt from Sugar Creek Malt in Indiana. Balanced with English hops and cold conditioned for optimum crispness. This is a beer drinkers beer, with light decadent notes of coffee and chocolate pairing perfectly with the sweet and and fruity smokey notes, perfect for Midwestern cold fronts.

Opaque brown/black appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge tan head; frothy, tree-rung lace.
Smoke, bacon & milk chocolate notes in the nose.
Medium thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Medium roast coffee bean, milk chocolate & campfire smoke in the nose; mild maple notes on the finish.
Rich, smoky & pretty damn tasty. Nice!
