Mixed Culture fermentation that spent 15 months in an American oak foeder while conditioning on Wilamette Valley grown Pinot Noir grapes. Complex and tart, this wine-hybrid marries both styles with highlights of cherries, tobacco, berry jam, citrus peel, and subtle notes of vanilla from the oak foeder; all balanced with a soft tartness.

Can at home. Seems way more attenuated now, bright and a little one note. Strawberry jolly rancher candy and cranberry. Very taut, thin and puckering. Sangria spritzer vibe. Whiff of horseblanket Brett as it warms. Pleasant, but the draft at Winter Beer Fest in Feb. was better.
