L: Pours a dark cola, almost hickory. Forms a thin tan head that fades fairly quickly, leaving behind very faint spiral of retention and a think khaki ring around the edge of the snifter. Held to the light, this beer has an opaque chocolate hue.
S: Notes of dark chocolate, roasted malt, marshmallow, graham cracker, and burnt sugar.
T: Follows the nose - chocolate, marshmallow dominate the front, with a hint of burnt sugar and graham cracker. Fades into more bitter flavors of roasted malts and slight char.
F: Medium-bodied. Crisp and clean mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation.
O: A good, but not great imperial stout. Less body than hoped. A bit cloying as well.

Black in color with no light penetration. There's a fingernail of brown around the rim. The aroma is of marshmallow and chocolate. I'm tasting marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate. The mouth is silky smooth.

A - Dark brown pour that borders black with thin caramel colored lacing.
S - Chocolate, light chocolate char, light marshmallow, honey, and graham cracker.
T - Sweet chocolate, graham cracker, marshmallow, and finishes on the sweeter side.
M - Big silky body that leaves a light sugary residue on the lips, silky and slick mouthfeel.
O - Solid. For a 10% beer, the ABV is dangerously well hidden with minimal heat and boozy presence.
