For this year’s BA Barley Butcher, we aged our barleywine exclusively in rye whiskey barrels before infusing it with Tanzanian vanilla beans and cinnamon. Creamy vanilla and warm, aromatic cinnamon take center stage, layered over the rye barrel’s subtle spice and oak. Rounding out the profile are notes of toffee, caramel, and a touch of dark fruit, creating a complex, indulgent sipper perfect for any occasion.
