Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops and Indie Hops, Deep Strata explores the full depth of one hop varietal. This XPA layers Strata T-90 and Strata Cryo to reveal a spectrum of hop expression, bright and aromatic on the surface, with deeper, more complex character beneath. Expect bold notes of dank tropical fruit, candied citrus peel, and ripe strawberries, accented by subtle herbaceous and resinous undertones.

Canned 1/26/2026. Rough pour produces inch high bright white foamy head. Golden pale yellow color that’s translucent but not clear. Very strong hoppy aroma, floral and pleasant. Light to medium body. Resinous flavor with high bitterness. Seems like it’s trying to be the hoppiest brew ever.
