Served in goblet from the bottle here at Cervecería Esparte in Conil, Spain.
Appearance: Thin black to brown body coming off a brown to black body. Not super thick which is the way I love but seriously good looking of a dark tan head rising thick maybe nudge below two finger's length. Sticky lacing after two or three sips.
Smell: Maltier scent than what I'm used to fused with notes of coffee bean. Dissipates a bit after a sniff.
Taste: Bitter and smooth malts with doses of coffee. Has sweet notes to the beer which resemble light light brown sugar. Another characteristic the brew carries is a dry spiciness consisting of pepper which adds complexity and of course addiction.
Mouth: Sticky and medium to full carbonation. Has a slight dry feel with a coffee bean finish.
Overall: Incredible grab which crushed the palates, definitely a surprise. Always in a glass my friends, Salud!
