Kombucha Yuzu Gose

On tap at Cask Pub and Kitchen. Pours very pale and hazy with almost no head. Nose is citrus and hay...maybe another fruit hiding in the back there...but not a particularly fruity gose actually. Taste is crisp and refreshing. Mildly sour, not salty, and what I presume is yuzu comes out as a light fruity citrus. Overall, I quite liked this although is was fairly simple and straightforward.
