Poured into tulip glass...
Appearance: Pours a deep coppery amber colour, with an off-white head; the tulip keeps the head at a nice centimetre.
Smell: Malt sweetness, with light, hoppy, fruity grass notes.
Mouthfeel/Taste: Perfectly carbonated for me - firm, and quite prickly. Citrusy, but citrus zest rather than juice...quite grassy as well. Rather dry. Leaves you wanting more.
Overall: Another fantastic brew by the chaps at Blackedge Brewery.
