Poured into 4oz taster @ The Island Beer Festival
A: Amber-gold hue, thick, frothy head which dissipated quick. Nice overall, bit dark for an IPA.
S: Very bready, almost like shortbread, buttery with a little hop. Pretty solid, definitely unique.
T: Very buttery, nice creamy flavours upfront with hop and smoky nuts after.
M: Initiallly light, but lingers on tongue with cream and moderate carb
O: A very good beer, not really hoppy or light enough for an IPA, but a very unique and pleasant Pale/Amber Ale.
