Veiled pale straw color with poor activity. Basic white 2 finger head lasting around 5 minutes with average legs.

Aromas and flavors of citrus, grains, fruits, floral and herbal spices. Pleasant bread nose and taste of lemon and orange with some coriander and faint clove feel. Good balance with more sweetness while still sharp.

Slick medium body with moderate carbonation. Well intensified but short finish ending with a floral and herbal spicy saaz feel.

Overall a good craft with crispy tasty flavors and very refreshing. Feels almost like a witbier so more pilsner spices would be nice.

341ml Bottle from the SAQ Quebec for $2.70

Appearance - Clear light yellow colour with a small size fizzy white coloured head. There is a low amount of carbonation showing and there is some fair lacing. The head lasted for only a few minutes.

Smell - Corn, breads/grains

Taste & Mouth - There is a very high amount of carbonation and I can taste corn, cooked vegtables and bread/grains. There are also some hay/straw and it ends with a slightly sour aftertaste.

Overall – Beer has a bit of an odd cooked vegetable and sour taste to it.. tastes like a weak homebrew really. Don't buy this beer.
