341 ml bottle.
A- Very pale yellow with rose hue with slight cloudiness. Very small white head. Little effervescence.
S- Light sour (citrussy) wheaty smell.
T- Wheaty with some yeast notes. Too mild. Bitterness low and well balanced with overall flavour. Nice little sour note in the middle.
MF- Pleasant light beer. Dries mouth slightly.
D- Light summer thirst quencher. Great in that context.

Pale straw colour and cristal clear like its namesake, this beer is adorned with a thin cap of stark white foam that doesn't linger for long but leaves a little lace. A sparse bead struggles to the surface but hardly manages to maintain the thin film of foam lingering at the top.
Mild aromas of wheat and citrus fruit up front are followed by a hint of hops and faint bready notes. As the beer warms notes of lemon zest and grass begin to appear. The aromas as a whole are rather elusive and faint.
Flavours and mouthfeel are where this beer gathers steam. Dry and firm in texture but with juicy flavours washing about as you sip this brew. Mild wheat and refreshing fruit open and are followed by a gentle but crisp hoppiness that clears the palate for another taste. Nicely refreshing and tasty... makes me long for summertime. This will be quite drinkable after the lawnmower.
