Bright straw color with very low activity and no yeast in the bottle. Creamy and foamy white 3-4 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with moderate lacing. Flavors of peach, tart, jolly rancher, sweet grains, yeast, herbal spices. Sweet and sour fruity feel, the balance is pleasant and salivating. Slick medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, slightly dry but not very funky, delicate sour peach fruit, and ending with lingering roasted malts and faint leafy hops. Inviting delicious rich peach perfume. Although the feel is a little disappointing being not "wild" enough. Not necessarily more sour, but with added yeast richness and an "aged" feel. Feels more like a Berliner weisse type of craft. The flavors are good though, and it's well intensified and properly sour. Overly accessible from the low funkiness. For a sour, the freshness is also good, does a faint tongue coat but ends pretty clean. Overall okay quality craft, but this one could be promising, a suggestion would be to put the casual crowd aside and start making deep complex beers for those who are really looking to drink these styles. Nevertheless, it makes a good fruit beer.
