Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint. Pours a medium coppery amber with a fine one finger off-white head with great retention and lots of lacing. Aroma of citrus and piney hops with a little dankness, light tropical fruit, tangerine citrus. Flavor is caramel and pale malt, citrus hops with hints of pine, light stone and orange family citrus. Finishes semi-dry with residual citrus and piney hops. Lingering alpha hop oils with only mild herbal elements. Pleasant lightly creamy medium body. Another good IPA, but one that stays in the crowded pack of this style. Both beers I tried tonight from this brewery are well made and really have a nice full body and mouth feel. I look forward to sampling more from them.
