This beer was added to the site two years ago, but never rated. It's now called "Apricoty We Like to Party Apricot Hefeweizen". No kidding, that's what's on the can, and that's what's on the Flying Lion website. The beer is a murky apricot color, without much head. The smell is apricot, banana, cloves, and a hefty amount of yeast, reminding me of Belgian yeasty beers. The taste is similar. It's not at all sweet, which is a good thing. It's one of the better US made hefeweizens, not quite in the same league as the Belgians, but not far away either.
