Bottle to tulip, the appearance was a semi-dark pink color with a two finger's worth of white foamy head that held for a half minute and gently dissipated to leave some messy sliding lace.
The aroma had some sweet cherry juice. I couldn't really distinguish what kind of cherries, but it was cherries, I can tell you that. Some grassy hops played with a little bit of doughy/Belgian yeasty/breadiness. Ample amount of white pepper at the very end.
The flavor started sweet and allowed a decent sour to tart quality to enter from the cherries to blend with the doughiness and the white pepper. Some sweet grain and then a super delicate cherry to doughy sort of aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt fine. Finish was clean and semi-sweet.
Overall, pretty nice saison that I could come back to.

500 mL bottle. Light pink body like grapefruit juice. Big white head that doesn't last. Smell has a nice cherry aroma. Strong yeast behind it. Taste also has a very pleasant cherry flavor. Not very strong, but it dominates. Sourness from the cherry accumulates in the back end, but the beer itself isn't tart. A little grainy. Medium light body and well carbonated. The cherry is definitely the most exciting part, but it's nice.

Poured into a 16 oz. snifter. Nice cherry flavor but the fruit isn't overwhelming. Decent amount of sour pucker, but as perfectly balanced as most of Kent Falls' offerings. Very good overall. It'll be interesting to see what a few months in the bottle does to this one.
