Bought a bottle at Ryan and Caseys in Greenfield. The beer has a pale, straw yellow appearance with a thick head that dissipates slowly. Very floral with some wheat hints. Pretty bitter beer with a lemon flavor. Medium body and decently refreshing. Overall, good aromas.

A- Crystal clear golden body pours into a becher glass. Massive foamy cap almost overflows out of the glass forming to many fingers high. Good retention and massive blankets of lace coat the glass.
S- Normal Saison aroma with spiciness and some extra floral and herbal hops. Pear, white grape, pepper and coriander. No funk and just a bit of straw Bretty character.
T- Again mostly just a Saison with a bit more hops here. A bit of dry straw Brett and barnyard, but not the funky kind. The dry hay kind. Very much floral herbal and spicy with some oily citrus zest.
MF- Light body with an intense dryness. Foamy texture and very high carbonation. Ends with grassy bitterness.
Not really much Brett or IPA here for me. Takes on mostly a spicy Belgian yeast profile.

From bottle, pours a dense yellow golden with large somewhat fluffy head. Smells spicy, a little funky and grassy. Taste matches the smell, refreshing mix of flavors of spice and a little brett funk, a little bitterness in aftertaste. Mouthfeel is smooth and the 8% ABV is not very noticeable. Overall, this is well done without any distracting problems.

Served in a snifter glass from the bottle.
Appearance: cloudy gold color with medium bubbles to the body. Head is about three quarters of a finger's length coming off a straight white color.
Smell: Citrus skin and hops, bland as it gets. Smell good but bland.
Taste: Very bitter, citrus skin and heavy floral. The beer Has a sour undertone though which I want to forget. Needs quite the bit of tweaking.
Mouth: Medoum carbonation and pretty sticky. Lemon finish at the end which gives a taste of being spoiled.
Overall: First and maybe last beer I've had from Kent Falls, spent 9 or ten bucks which I could've poured into something else. Now I will get something that I know is really good from the fridge. Salud!

Good starting head which leaves some chunky spots on the glass. Near straw color and clear, similar to the look of light cider.
The aroma is unusual: I get baked beans and corn, although it's not overly sweet. As the head settles, the brettanomyces comes out, but initial smell remains and distracts.
Very strong yeast bite that completely smothers all of the other flavors. If you're a fan of brett, you may like this. However, I put this beer in the extreme category without any balance at all. The beer is highly carbonated which makes this seem quite thin.
