Pours an unclear yellow, with low, flat foam.

Smell is yeasty and citrusy with some jasmine on the end.

Taste is crazy refreshing, like a tart and floral lemon juice. Some hints of jasmine here, too.

Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.

Overall, this packs a lot of flavors into 4 % ABV. Very refreshing and tasty!

Bottle to tulip.
The appearance was a thin hazy glossy yellow color with a two finger white foamy head that slid off at a slow pace. Sliding messy lace.
The aroma had some sweet dried floral qualities, sweet wood, black cherry skin, white grapes, citrus peel, grassy hops, and a little bit of white pepper. Some Brett.
The flavor brought all of the prior mentioned aromas together adding a little bit of sour and tart to balance. Some acidity. Brett is there. White grape to citrusy sort of aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied, seemed to sit just a touch under and had a pretty good sessionability about it. ABV felt to scale for what was projected. Some fizziness in the texture but not distracting.
Overall, pretty nicely done American Wild Ale that I could come back to.

Sour/ tart but also pretty dry on the sides of the tongue. Their version of "dead flowers". And I like it. Moderately sour, do it doesn't kill the uninitiated.
Unique.
