Sour wheat ale brewed with salt and finished on lychee and tangerine puree. A soft balance of sweet tropical flavors with bright citrus acidity.

Hazy bright straw yellow color with a bit of white foam. Aroma is lactic, slightly mineral but also fruity. Taste starts sour with lots of lemon notes but also quite salty. Light, dry, effervescent body. It's quite good but I would have liked more intense fruit flavors.

500 mL bottle. Hazy pale yellow. No head. Smells of tangerine, wheat, and lychee. I’m amazed that I actually recognize lychee. Tastes pretty sour. Sour lemon and orange. Wheat. Lychee comes through as an aftertaste. Light body with a moderate sourness. Nice.
