On tap at The Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden straw yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

Smells like hay, bitter grassy hops, lemongrass, pine, pear, and grapefruit rind.

The dry hopping is really nice here, and helps make this feel fuller than 3.8% would normally indicate. This is super crisp tasting, with grass, pear skin, clove, piney hops, grapefruit rind and stone fruit. This tastes really wonderful.

This has a really crisp mouthfeel, with a slightly pillowy mouthfeel, and a good level of carbonation.

This is another great beer from Kent Falls. There's a lot of flavor packed in to a small ABV package.

Almost a golden hazy straw, but a bit darker. Not brown. But lending some dark golden hue.

Smells hoppy. But the saison yeast is there. Kind of mellow. Not too anything.

Tastes hoppy. Citrus notes. Not tart. Just a bit toasty and hay like malt character.

Feels great. Just like a saison should. But the hops give a bit of more body than a 3.8% beer normally would carry.

Well done. Would like to try this kegged instead of bottle.
