Sour wheat ale brewed with salt and conditioned on prickly pear puree. True balance of sweet and sour, flavor notes of watermelon and strawberry. This beer was inspired by Floyd, our collaboration with Proclamation.

Pours slightly hazy yellow gold with a dissipating white foam head and bubbles racing to the top. Smells like funky tart prickly pear, gummy fruit rollup, candied fruit notes of watermelon, grapefruit, pear, strawberry, some wheat, salinity, barnyard hay, with floral earthy grass. Tastes tart upfront with a candied sweetness underneath, some watermelon jolly rancher, prickly pear, notes of pink lemonade, grapefruit, strawberry, raspberry, pear, lemon, some salinity, pale wheat malt, barnyard hay, with floral earthy grass. Feels medium bodied, creamy smooth with moderate carbonation. Overall a nice and interesting prickly pear gose.
