Fresh can poured into a snifter.
Hazy orange straw with a foamy head that has a slight tan tint. Head settles into thin cap with some thicker floating islands of foam.
Aroma is big hoppy citrus, grapefruit zest and white wine grape. Earthy must.
The flavor carries the citrus in the form of lemon zest, grapefruit juice and rind and an earthy layer of white grape. A bit of grassy grain and some a hint of fruity hop sweetness.
Moderate carbonation and a medium body.
A really nice flavor combo, the Citra and Nelson Sauvin characteristics play nicely together in whatever ratio this is.
