In July 2018 our good friends from Fox Farm made their way out to spend a day on our farm in order to brew a beer that was the result of many conversations about rural farm house brewing processes in northern and eastern Europe. The result is a Connecticut Wild Ale brewed with CT grown and malted barley, wheat, and raw emmer. We foraged for raspberry canes on both of our properties and whirlpooled over them to create a mild tannic quality similar to a natural wine.
