Sent to me by @patrickct. Thanks, sir!
When I poured it, first things I noticed were how cloudy it was and the bold tropical hoppy scent. With a fluffy foamy head that led to a long lasting lacing, the pale orange is accompanied with a layer of silt on the bottom of the glass (granted, I finished the second half of the beer a few hours after pouring). Smell is of tangy fresh tropical fruits-I’m thinking mango for some reason, maybe guava, but I’ll be the first to admit I’m not the best at identifying flavors by smell. Same goes with taste-it’s tangy and tropical, not citrusy, but it’s also got some bitterness and a little dank hop to it. Slightly mouth watering, medium bodied, a bit of an alcoholic presence, it seems a New England IPA more than an American Imperial IPA, and it’s a pretty hefty version of the style. Not bad.

Very hazy, orange with a nice head, nose of apricot, butterscotch and citrus. This is a bit more hoppy and bitter than I like personally but it is made well. If you’re looking for a more hoppy/bitter ipa from KF this is for you. I prefer Line Aversion though.

My first experience with this brewery. This is quite excellent.
The beer pours a hazy golden apricot color, with good head retention and lacing. The nose is impressive as well, as I pick up considerable tropical fruit and orange juice in this impressive ipa. The flavor profile replicates the nose, and I'm impressed yet again by the amount of flavor I'm getting in this 6% abv. ipa. Mouthfeel is rich and pretty full , and is soft and somewhat creamy on the palate. Bitterness is fairly light on the finish, but it's enough to keep things interesting and clean in this well crafted beer. Alcohol is well integrated into the flavor profile, and drinkability is excellent.
Really enjoying this ne style ipa. Would order this again in a heartbeat.
