Scarcely More Articulate is a continuation of our exploration into the flavors made possible through the intersection of house cultures and alternative grains. Brewed with Connecticut grown and malted Synergy barley, raw buckwheat, aged hops and water from our well, this farm beer is fermented in stainless steel with a blend of yeast and bacteria before resting in red and white wine barrels for months to develop additional character and complexity.
