Keller pilsner brewed with Endeavour barley from Valley Malt and hopped with Southern Hemisphere noble hops. After introducing noble hops into certain pale ales and IPAs, we sought to develop a pale lager which will combine a traditional low alpha/noble hop bitterness and profile while boosting the fruit forward character of more contemporary hops. We found our answer in Australia and New Zealand; Helga, Summer, and Pacifica provide plenty of stone fruit flavors and aromatics atop this clean and snappy lager.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like crisp pilsner malts and bread, a bit of lemony and peachy hops, honey, and grassiness.
This is certainly an interesting take on the style, as the hop character gives some nice peachy earthiness and some lemon peel. It's got a really soft flavor to it, with some fruity yeast character, honey and a touch of minerality.
This has a nice clean bitterness on the back end, with an obvious high drinkability.
Lagers in general are a beer thing that I want more often than not these days, and Kent Falls makes a lot of good ones.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass and a large patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light aromas of earthy and floral hops are present in the nose along with underlying notes of bready and grainy malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and is mostly dominated by flavors of noble hops along with underlying hints of pilsener malts. The hops also contribute a slight amount of associated bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little "chewy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The aromas and flavors of hops really stand out in the smell and taste of this pilsner, but they aren't overpowering.
