A: very slight haze; medium gold in color; a 1 finger white head that receded to a wispy cap with a moderate tight collar; OK lacing;
S: bready grain;
T: follows the nose, but with some spicy hops added in; there is a slight hint of the oyster shells; moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: both bitterness and sweetness are quite noticeable; quite sure I wouldn’t have picked up on the oyster shells if I didn’t know about it;

Poured from a pint can into a pint glass. Body of the beer is bright yellow in color with an white 2 finger head, minimum lacing. Aroma has a slight hops nip. First sip is traditional pilsner, mild hops flavor and a slight indicate of the seas - the name refers to the shucks of oysters, with Kent Falls adding the shells to the boiling wort while brewing. There is only a faint trace of flavor but it is intriguing. Soft mouth feel. The concept is fine but I don't know if it really added much.
