PEMDAS brings together many small adjustments we have considered and implemented into our production process for our hop forward beers. Brewed with malted and flaked oats and wheat for body, and a new hopping regimen for the some of our favorite hops; highlighting Oregon grown Strata hops from Indie Hops with Mosaic and Australian Ella hops in supporting roles. This beer has plenty of character for those who love our focus on local malt as well as bigger hop profiles.
