This first batch of Ready To Drum has a special meaning to it. Last summer our friends from Botanist and Barrel/Cedar Groves Blueberry Farm in NC drove up to our farm for our 2018 hop harvest festival. And they brought 300 lb of dry farmed blueberries, and a bourbon barrel that they had previously aged some blueberry wine. As the blend of barrel aged farmhouse ales that we selected matured on the Cedar Grove dry farmed blueberries they were left to be fermented out completely for a dry and extreme essence of blueberry wine as a result.
