One of their more drinkable beers. British style IPA with lots of lace and a white topping on ellow. A bit of bite and citrus, but the taste is modest compared to the hop use in IPAs today, even less than the typical British. Neutral aroma. Mid-mouthfeel. Well malted.

I'm not too sure if this one is the regular lineup IPA, or just a special one-off they made with extra maple syrup...
Appearance: Copper/maplewood that had a very dense mousse floating on top, the kind has little bubble craters. Cool!
Smell: Very subtle "C" hops in the nose, you really have to dig your nose in there to find them at first, with a little bit of peppery notes.
Taste: Boo-ya! I've rarely tasted an IPA with such a robust malt body, it tasted like that boiled down maple taffe they serve on snow in sugar shacks, but with a coopers candy center! That sweet gooey aftertaste lingers and lasts like a spoonfull of liquid malt extract. Even my pint of water I was having on the side had little to no effect! Hop bitterness is a bit low for the style, tastes more like a APA than IPA, but still gives sort of a tongue drying finish. Very interesting Beer!
