Pours a clear, rich amber colour.Very light malt aromas, with sweet, fruit, and earthy notes. Crisp, light, and refreshing taste. Fruity, grains, and slight bittering hops. Very refreshing.

On tap at AllTech Brews and Food Fair, Dublin
Bright pale amber with spider web of bone white. 4
Fresh caramelized sugar and bright spice. 4
Blonde caramel, touch of pear, easy spice and grassy noble hops. 4
Orchard fruit end and tingly linger. 4
Round, closer to medium, smooth.
Buttery-smooth spice cake. I don’t have huge knowledge of the style, but seems bang on target - the brewery is from Vienna, after all. Deserves the medals. 4

Pours golden, a bit misty, with a small creamy white head that sticks around.
A lot of pilsener malt and German fruity/spicy hop on the nose, with a light caramel note. Expected it to be the other way around, but that's ok.
Crisp, with nice bitter grapefruit and some lemon peel, then grainy biscuit and spicy malts follow. Just a splash of caramel to bring some sweetness and induce a bit of blond fruity notes (along with the hops). Still, mostly spicy, especially in the finish, mildly bitter, noble hops.
Medium body, prickly carbonation, a bit sticky. Aftertaste has grain, bit of sweet biscuit, bit of citrus peel and lingering spiciness.
Quality-wise, a really great lager, even if it's not spot on (rather, a bit far from) the style.
