Appearance is a nice strong white head about 2 fingers in length. Nose is a bready sweetness with a funky tropical back. Taste is an upfront sweetness that melds into a tasty bread maltiness with a minor hint of hop funk. Mouthfeel has a crisp dry finish, carbonation is spot on with the style. Overall a beer not too complex with a nice sweetness that rounds out the beer. I could have used a bit more of that "Belgian" yeastiness and complex aspects. But nevertheless a great brew.
