A special series by one of my Tacoma favorites, Annex series #1 galaxy IPA. Boasting 80 ibus with a light 4.5% abv, sounds like my lunch break beer.
Apperance is a very minimal white head, slightly murky gold hue. Nose is funky passionfruit, light mango and ripe peach. As I delve in I am approached by upfront tastes of grapefruity citrus that melds into a tasty juicy mango. Wow, this is a session? Amazing hop presence with an amazingly crafted malt backbone that keeps you wanting more.
Overall the best hop addition to Pacific Brewings line-up, very reminiscent of the breweries opening galaxy SMASH IPA. Delicious!
