A single hop, single malt beer. 100% Best Malz Red X Malt and 100% yakima cascade hops.
Appearance is a generous 1 1/2 finger tan head with a slightly murky amber/dark rose hue. Nose is very tame, malty bread with a slight hop spice. First taste brings waves of malt with slight Carmel notes. Very smooth. I could easily throw back pints of this. A very present but not overwhelming hop presence kicks in as the beer rolls off the back of your tongue that leaves a slight dryness. Overall a great amber for those in the mood for the style.
