Number 2 in the annex series by tacomas own PB&M. A 3 hop IPA comprised of Simcoe and Amarillo hops, with light amount of citra hops added for aroma.
Pours a bright golden hue with a minimal head. Nose is all tropical fruits, papaya, mango and cantaloupe envelope my nose as I go in for my first sip.
Smooth hop juiciness with a slight funk, very light mouthfeel and great carbonation. The beer finishes pretty dry (maybe a little too dry as I work on the pint) but it keeps you coming back. Another great addition to PB&Ms rotation.
