Appearance: Cloudy and peachy, with a really thick meringue of fluffy mousse that held off for most of the way down the pint.
Smell: Intersting mix of hops in the aroma, probably Goldings and maybe some Hallertauer mixed in there as well.
Taste: Creamy, yet well carbonated, interesting biscuit maltyness. Just a tiny bit of hops in the tail end. They really didn't put a lot of bittering hops in this one, but plenty of aromatics, leaving the malt to take center stage. A good, easy drinking session ale.
