Appearance: Bronzy, orange tending towards copper, with a thin and sturdy head and quite a lot of cling.
Smell: Freshly cracked grain, mild caramel sweetness that had some ressemblance to maple syrup. The hop smell was subdued at first but did develop a slight cheezyness that I enjoyed, but my girlfriend did not.
Taste: Fair amount of carbonation, plenty of malt sweetness on the first contact, but then the hops and yeast take over for a dry and spicy finish. Solid, nothing out of place, these guys know how to handle Belgian brews.
