La Racoleuse displays a bright light gold color and an appropriate effervescence. Almost clear, its generous white head last long. The beer offers typical NWIPA aromas, mainly piny and citrusy. Its tastes perfectly mirrors the aromas coupled to a frank bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste. Strong and round, hops character is well balanced by attenuation. We surely appreciate a whole pint.
