Clear caramel colour with a coarse, off-white head. Light toasty malt aroma with light citrus and English floral hops. Fairly bitter, particularly at the finish. Floral and citrus hop flavour with a bit of malt for balance. Slightly slick with a dry finish, but there's still quite a bit of residual sweetness here. A decent beer, but the mouthfeel is certainly off.

Appearance: A charming shade of copper, with a compact head that stuck to the walls of my shaker pint.
Smell: My first pint had a light, refreshing citrus hop aroma, with a herbal finish, the second one kinda smelled infected. How can that happen on the same keg?
Taste: Decorous astringency, with a grapefruit aftertaste, but the middle felt a little too aqueous. Not enough malt profile for the style (and to my liking), it was however the most enjoyable I've had at this brewpub on my last visit (26aug2005).

Amber in color, with a small shy head that slowly let herself die. Shy smell of hops, fruity nothing much major. Her taste is not very bitter, the hop you can feel it with a nice fruity touch, unfortunately the beer is quite watery or watered down to my extent, maybe to make him more drinkable to the pseudo-drinker of "Le Plateau". If he wouldnt be that watered down it could be a good Pale Ale
