Appearance: Opaque and amber, with only a ring of lace circling my glass.

Smell: Quite wheaty, with a witbier yeastiness, but it also had acidic twang that I'm fairly certain was an infection of some kind. I'm pretty sure the brewer here isn't messing with Brett, at least not purposefully.

Taste: Soggy wheaties and bread, with a hint of spice that reminds me of Coup de Grisou, a local buckwheat hefe made by Cheval Blanc. However the infection showed up again in the taste, and was again a little too light. I know this type of Beer isn't supposed to be too round in the mouth, but this one just had something lacking.

Another watered down beer. I wanna swear and yell, damn it could be a good beer without the watered version. First the beer came with a nice orangish color with a good head. Smell of spices, wheat, fruits and unfortunately water! Taste is about the same as it smell, wheat comes first then the fruity aspect come in play but quite shy then there nothing else, taste like water.

But, with 30c outside, this beer goes down very smoothly!!
