Pours a black body with the whole cascading thing taking its time. Huge sheet of lacing basically covers the sides of the glass. Oats are present and without bitterness though it does peek out as it warms. Still, smooth and creamy as well with a robust malt and chocolate profile.

A: One of the best looking stouts I've ever seen. Pitch black color with VERY creamy looking beige head. Superb retention and superb lacing.
S: Strong oatmeal smell. Lots of coffee and dark chocolate. Quite impressed considering the low ABV which usually means lower strength in the smell. Straightforward
T: Again, I'm quite impressed by the amount of oatmeal in this. Again, LOTS of coffee and dark chocolate. Light mineral water and vanilla. Very dry but full tasting.
M: Very creamy and full. Really full bodied. Carbonation is low (nitro) and that fits well with the big body. The nitro did wonders on this.
D: It's good tasting, it's low in ABV, it's one of the best session-able stout I've had.
EXTREMELY impressed by this beer.
