A very mild, passable Belgian Pale Ale. More like a blonde then a Belgian Pale.
A beer that you could easily forget you're drinking, that pairs well with the food at the restaurant

Appearance - beer pours a crips clear golden color. Head is a nice white fluffy head that is about 2 fingers. Some nice lacing occuring as well. Hardly any carbonation present.
Smell - clean smelling beer , maybe some citrus hints and a slight hop presents. Besides that, not overly intriguing on the nose
Taste - this is where the beer excels, despite the smell there is a strong citrus taste followed by some bitter finish. The beer maintains its crisp appearance in the taste!
Mouthfeel - not a tremendous amount of carbonation added, therefore, the mouthfeel maintains the same level of taste as the tasting.
Drinkability - easy drinking beer that goes down smooth and can be drank by the dozens.
