Ruby Beach is one of the regular offerings at Zeta and one I had yet to try.
It is served in a standard pint and the beer is reddish gold with a chill haze.
It has an aroma of wheat malt and berries.
The beer leads with berries which become stronger as you work through the beer. There is also some grains and a bit of spice.
The mouth is silky with decent carbonation.
Nice warm weather & crossover beer.
