The Private Rye was served in a shaker pint. The beer is a chill hazed rust with an off white head.
Nose is great, the rye adds a spicy note laid over the pine and malts.
The taste is nicely bitter with citrus, pine and caramel malts all backed by that great rye spice notes.
The mouth is oily and a bit coating
Easy drinker with some interesting facets.
