Had it on tap with my July 4th lunch. Poured into stein style mug showing good head and lacing, slightly murky yellow. Pleasantly fragrant sweet citrus smell. Nice taste of sweet orange, a bit of lavender, and a hint of funkiness. Maybe a tad too sweet, but a very pleasant beer I would order again.

Poured from tap, 1 finger cream colored head recedes to a pool nice lacing. Looked amberish golden in the glass, hazy and opaque. Smells of fruity Belgian esters with a slight wiff of orange lingering. Taste of fruity yeast in the front, no guessing this is a saison, has some faint orange mixed in, not too predominant and it finishes off with a spicy semi bitter finish. Nice mouthfeel and hides its abv quite well

Served in a tulip at the brewery taproom. Gorgeous hazy orange color with a pretty white head that is pushing up spicy, citrusy aromas immediately. WOW!...this is really tasty! Very crisp with a perfect malt/hops balance and that typical clove-y slightly phenolic taste that Belgian yeast is known for. The night before I had drank a Jester King Farmhouse (Mad Meg) and this beer is as different from that one as it could be. Both good but the Huff brew stops with the Belgian spice and doesn't dive into the funk end of the pool like JK. It would probably be considered heresy by many to compare this to a benchmark beer like Saison Dupont, which may be slightly more complex, but I'm not sure I wouldn't enjoy drinking this one more. As a young brewery, Huff needs some signature beers to set them apart from the multitudes...I can definitely see this beer as being one of the first steps.
