Unfiltered Pilsner

Lightly hazed golden blonde colour, ring of white head and little in the way of lace here. Smell is grassy noble hops, lemony citrus, lawn trimmings, light baked bread like malt, generously hopped and white clean. Taste starts off with a mild biscuity malt, a bit doughy, lemony hops mostly, modest bitterness up front that leads to a sweeter malty mid palate, floral and grassy finish and aftertaste, well balanced. Lightly carbonated, medium bodied. Quite nice, a very well made pilsner that I would gladly come back to.
