Originally released at the 2018 Cask Days event, Dark Fire is a strong stout (7%) that was aged in our brand new Foeders. Essentially, it is a lighter version of our Hearts Collide Stout meant to extract most of the new oak flavour from the new wood in the aging vessel. It was further blended with 20% bourbon Barrel Stout, and conditioned on Cocoa Nibs (From Soma Chocolate), toasted coconut, and a small edition of scotch bonnet peppers.
