This classic Pilsner is brewed using 100% German Pilsner malt, and hopped with Magnum, Saaz, and Saphir hops. We’ve upped the bitterness a touch on this batch but it’s still a crisp and refreshing crusher.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned, from Small Batch Dispatch's 2024 Advent Calendar. My third beer from this Toronto brewery, and first for 2025. Quite nice.

Poured from a 473ml can. Canned on Sept.14/2020
A: Pours a clear light gold with a medium white head.
S: A nice pilsner nose, light spice and yeast.
T: Pretty good Pilsner notes.
F: Pretty much light body with a crisp finish.
O: An OK pilsner.
