This version of our sour has a huge punch of Margarita flavours. We added key lime juice and dry-hopped it with Mandarina Bavaria so you get big aromas of your favourite cocktail. A dose of Himalayan Black Lava salt adds a hint of salinity, but doesn’t go so far as a gose. Lingering sour lime notes on the finish makes this a perfect beer to welcome in the spring.
